About
Who keeps this, where the line runs, and the rules it is kept by.
Who
Around 2011 I found XDA Developers. I flashed custom ROMs and kernels onto a Sony Ericsson Xperia until it ran an iOS-style build, then a Windows-Phone-style OS. The phone shipped with neither. If it can be flashed, it can be changed.
Around 2013, in my first years of engineering college, my laptop mined Litecoin between lectures. It was my first lesson in cost per unit: electricity against coin.
Around 2016 I built a bare-bones app for one apartment building: residents, the gate, notices. It was small, and people used it.
In 2016 I was a research intern at the Iron Bird facility of Hindustan Aeronautics' Aircraft Research and Design Centre (ARDC). I built the GUI for the TEJAS light combat aircraft training interface in MATLAB. On an aircraft, "it works" is not an opinion.
AIESEC taught me to sell. In 2015, as a volunteer in business development, I asked strangers for things for the first time. In 2017 I moved to Boston for engineering management at Northeastern. I built models for a large US insurer, then worked at iRobot, Gnowbe and Brown Brothers Harriman on analytics, dashboards and the plumbing of measurement.
Then I did it to companies. I co-founded CaterForce, a catering marketplace, and sold it. I was the first product hire at Precize, a consumer fintech that went from 0 to 500,000 users. I ran growth products at 2070 Health, a healthtech studio, and product and growth at a US software company. Eight years of pulling growth out of systems other people built.
Since fall 2026 I have been building alone in Stockholm: the web app, the worker, the database. Agents read, count and draft; a person signs every piece. This log is the part of that work I can show.
I am Gaurav Raj, and 7 is my number.
Who moves me
Cristiano Ronaldo. Hard work. He was never the only gifted one. He was the one still training when the others had gone home. The 7 in iamgr7 was his number first.
Albert Einstein. Perseverance. Eight years on one idea, wrong in public more than once, and he kept going until the universe agreed with him.
Steve Jobs. The misfit. He started Apple in a garage, and three decades later changed how we hold a phone. "Stay hungry. Stay foolish."
None of them waited to be ready. That is the part I try to live by.

How this log is kept
Every number has a date. If something changes later, I add a dated note to the entry instead of rewriting it, so the original text stays.
